PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:  All orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Customized pieces may require 1-3 additional days.  If you need a product quickly, call or text us at 1-225-777-8830 and we will try and accommodate your request.

Packaging:  Every item is wrapped carefully to protect the cork’s natural texture and beauty during transit.  Most bags come with a dust cover bag, just like luxury brands.

Shipping:  Packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included.  You’ll receive automatic updates every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping with orders over $75.  Tiered shipping costs based on order value, before sales taxes:  $0-$20 = $6.95 / $20.01 - $55 = $9.95 / $55.01 - $74.99 = $12.95

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
